How Much Should I Give?
It costs as little as R80 a month to feed a child ($6 USD). To feed a child for year is R1000 ($70 USD). Give what you can and we will make sure it goes as far as possible in feeding and helping the malnourished.
Can I Make an Anonymous Donation?

e’Pap contains 4 macronutrients: starch, fibre, protein and fat, to help the human body absorb minerals and vitamins more efficiently.
What micronutrients does e’Pap contain?
e’Pap contains 24 essential micronutrients: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, (folic acid) B9, B12, C, D, E, sodium, potassium, calcium, selenium, chromium, iodine, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, zinc, phosphorus, and 9 amino acid chelates.

Does e’Pap contain sugar?
All flavors have 7.5% sugar except for original which is sweetened with stevia, but contains no added sugars.

What sizes and flavors do e’Pap packets come in?
e’Pap comes in four flavors: original (sugar free), vanilla, banana, and strawberry. The available sizes are: 50g, 500g, and a 12.5 kg bulk bag.
What are e’Pap’s daily recommended serving portions?
1 year to 6 years: 25g (2 tablespoons)
6 years and older: 50g ( 4 tablespoons)

Do I have to cook e’Pap? How do I eat it?
e’Pap should not be heated or cooked. It is an instant, precooked mix and can be mixed with water, milk, or other liquids and consumed.
