Studies on the food environment in the township of Mamelodi,South Africa found rising health issues that the e’Pap Foundation was eager to address, and we set out to do exactly that. Our visit to distribute e’Pap to the communities there helped us see the happiness and contentment of the African people, and their resilience despite dire circumstances.
Blinded by cancer, a man told the e’Pap team how it helped him get out of bed and start living life again. The community in Mamelodi sang and danced for us, and told the team about how our porridge changed their lives for the better – an outcome we aspire to see for everyone who eats e’Pap.
